New to reformer?
If you haven’t done reformer Pilates before, you can book into any level 1 class or clinical reformer class if you are watching injuries/conditions. Before your first class, you will receive a welcome email giving you all of the tips and tricks to prepare you. If you are unsure if it will be suitable for you, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Previous reformer experience?
If you have done reformer before, you can book into level 1, level 2 or mixed level. Levels can vary between studios, so if you are not sure which level is appropriate for you, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re happy to help you choose the most suitable!

Are you injured or have a concern?
If you have any concerns about injuries or conditions, clinical reformer Pilates may be suitable. These classes are suitable for those managing conditions and are looking for a slower-paced class prioritising core and posture.

LEVEL 1
If you’ve no Pilates history, no reformer Pilates history or haven’t done reformer in a while.. start here. You can also attend Level 1 for a more gentle class focusing on the fundamentals.
LEVEL 2
If you have done reformer before at higher than beginner level for 10+ sessions and within the past few weeks.. this may be for you. You can double check with me first. Please do not book in unless you have been moved by your instructor to Level 2.
MIXED REFORMER
This is a mixed-level reformer class which is suitable for level 1 or level 2 attendees, but NOT for beginners. You are required to have been to at least 3 reformer classes recently to attend this class.
CLINICAL REFORMER
These classes are designed to improve core strength, posture, flexibility and balance. They are a slower-paced class with modified exercises that are often given for conditions being managed such as low back pain, osteoporosis, arthritis, etc as long as you have medical clearance to exercise. Suitable for beginners or those with some reformer experience.
ONLINE PILATES
A 12-week online guided Pilates program to help you improve posture and strengthen core and back muscles.
